Punk Fact: One of the early punk bands
was a group formed in London in 1974 called the 101ers. The lineup included guitarist Joe Strummer, guitarist Clive Timberly,
Dan Kelleher on bass and drummer Richard Dudanski. Dudanski went on to play in Public Image Ltd. and Strummer went on to greatness
in The Clash.

Punk 77 - Excellent site! Loads of book titles about punk, and exhaustive history of punk and rock music in general, as
well as a great listing of bands complete with a short bio on each. Fun. |

| DP-77 - Who can resist a store with a greeting that says, in part "We welcome with open arms the misfits, the freaks,
the odd and offensive..." Great clothes including bum flaps, PVC bondage pants, zipper pants, lots of D-rings and other cool
wardrobe goodies. |
Good Rags - The Lycra skirts look fun, as do the denim jackets - especially nice is the Iggy image. They also carry Converse
shoes in a variety of colors. Check the jewelry - awesome "natural plastic" ring - whatever that means - looks cool, though.
Design Tip: write stupid lyrics on your shoes. |
OxBloodOi - Selling great used clothing ranging from very cool old painted leather jackets (some looking a bit too - I dunno,
clean?) to ratty old stretched-out skinhead braces. Good selection of t-shirts and even an original Skinhead "Crombie" coat.
